This short course looks at a simple model that many people have found really helpful in giving them the ideas and confidence of how to talk about faith in a multi-religious context.

Readers learn in small supportive formation groups from tutors, teachers and each other. This is an intensive 11-month initial programme which includes confidence building as a preacher and teacher, leader of worship and encourager of mission. It features a four-week placement in another parish, assessed work (written and spoken) and incredible growth and friendships.
