Locally authorised ministry for leading worship or preaching on an occasional basis is part of a collaborative model of ministry and as such a call to it arises from a community discernment as well as an individual sense of calling.

A version of the Main Programme for use with young people in a local church or Oversight Area
A first step for use within a local church or Oversight Area with a focus on either leading intercessions or reading scripture.
For use with newly emerging teams which include those who are leading worship or preaching on an occasional basis.
The Growing Gifts programme is a new programme of training and formation for leading worship or preaching on an occasional basis.
To enrol on the programme participants need the support of their Incumbent and PCC. Details about taking part can be found here.
