If you have forgotten your password you will need to perform a password reset. Follow this link to begin. Here you will be asked to provide either your username or email address - provide one or the other and click 'search'. This will trigger an automated email to your registered email address. The automated email* will include a link to follow to reset your password (Automated password reset emails expire after 30 minutes. If you do not receive an automated email within this time please get in touch with us). Choose your new password and click 'save changes'. Return to the homepage and log in with your new details.
Read through our privacy policy before clicking the ‘I agree to the Privacy Policy’ button. You will then be taken through to a form to create a new account.
Here you will be asked to choose your username, password and then provide more details such as your email address, first name, surname, which C of E Bham church you attend and a few other things. If a field has a red exclamation mark it means this field is required and you must fill in this section to create your account.
Once you have completed this, click the ‘create my new account’ button. An automated email will be sent to you asking you to confirm your account using a unique web link, please follow this link and log into your account for the first time. If you do not receive your email in the first instance please check your spam folder for this email, if you find that within 24hrs you haven’t received the email and it is not in your spam please get in touch with us.
