Welcome to Flex, a place designed to help you grow and equip yourself with all you need to deliver high-quality youth and children’s work in your parish and beyond. Whether you are a volunteer or a paid employee or just starting out on this journey, you will find something here to fit your learning needs.
Flex is designed for you to explore and decide what fits you best. Our flexible approach means no pressure - you can sign up for as many modules as you like, pausing and restarting your learning to suit your lifestyle needs. On average Pick and Mix modules take between 45 minutes and three hours to complete.
Our learning opportunities come in different shapes and sizes:
Online activities – watching videos and reflecting or submitting work.
Independent study – reading a book or listening to a podcast or visiting another piece of youth and children’s work.
Flex Conference – 28th June 2025, John Cadbury House, this will be a chance to come in person and receive training, network with others, and peruse our marketplace.
