This module starts with an opportunity to reflect upon those who have invested in us over the years, to consider the impact they’ve had on our lives (and in particular our leadership), and to ponder on what worked well. From here, we consider why we choose to invest in young leaders, who we identify with leadership giftings, and how we then equip them, taking inspiration from the life and leadership of Jesus. There is then an opportunity to create an action plan to identify young leaders, give them opportunities, and equip them.
