    It is much easier to plan an effective youth work programme if you know where you are headed. This module will help you think through your aims, help you understand the principles of what you are doing and then point you in the direction of resources that have been tried and tested within all sorts of youth work contexts, enabling you to plan your programme.

    Desired Learning Outcomes:

    • To understand the components of a good programme
    • To have developed a tool kit of ideas and resources
    • To have created an action plan for your own particular context
