What to expect

Welcome to a space where you have chosen to take time to reflect, take stock and look to the future of your children’s, families, and youth work.

There are three options to follow through, each tailored to different areas of children’s and youth work within a church or community context: Messy Church, Toddler groups or Children’s work & Youthwork. Each will provide you ways to help you think through what you already do, where its strengths and weaknesses are, as well as looking to the future and what God may be calling you do it in the new season.

Choose the theme that best suits - you can do all of them or just the one that suits your current practice for now.

Depending on the groups you currently run, and therefore which of the three options you choose below, you will go through a reflective process, answering questions. If you run these groups with others from your church, you may find it helpful to go through this process together. Each option offers differing approaches to this reflective process, and a variety of relevant Resources to support you.
