In this module we explore the Ethical Guidelines for Christian and Muslim Witness in Britain and help you to consider how you might use these yourself and encourage young people to adopt this approach in their evangelism.
Desired Learning Outcomes:
- Consider why evangelism amongst Muslim young people might be controversial
- Reflect on and discuss with your team the Ethical Guidelines for Witness
- Begin to think of practical ways the guidelines could be used with and by young people
This module has been created by Canon Dr Andrew Smith, Director of Interfaith Relations at Church of England Birmingham.
Beginning with an introduction to the Ethical Guidelines for Christian and Muslim Witness in Britain, this module will give you space to reflect independently before encouraging you to meet with those you work with and have a discussion around the guidelines and how they can impact your work.
