Readers learn in small supportive formation
groups from tutors, teachers and each other. This is an intensive 11-month
initial programme which includes confidence building as a preacher and teacher,
leader of worship and encourager of mission. It features a four-week placement
in another parish, assessed work (written and spoken) and incredible growth and
friendships.
